1st feedback from boss =) 1st artwork sent to him..so scary..fortunately good feedback from him.

The main typeface don't looks good. Need something more modern.

The window, will it be better if open bigger?


i don't get what he mean modern, because this design not suit modern. Somemore dark red plus gold effect not suit modern at all. XD So i reply him late. What to do..

from little junior designer

designer 并不是大家想象中好玩的。。明明design一个artwork过后还要被人批评的。我知道有批评才有进步，但是你试试看如果给多过一个人批评的话，你会疯了！他会把你的你artwork当垃圾。在这方面我的容忍度还需要提升。毕竟在别人面前给人踩到酱尽，。。所以含泪了..没人看到就好。其实隔天睡醒我就忘了。
知道吗每个人的审美观不一样，它可能觉得那样会更美，而他又觉得那样不美，结果怎样，设计师就得一改在改。请留意是改改改改改改改改改改改改改改改改改改改。
改到最后，老板或客户在批评你改了的作品。。有时候他不要的东西正是别人的意见（不是设计师没有主见，而是他一定要听取辈分较高的意见，不然他会说你不听他的意见，以为自己很厉害酱！）你要的东西被改了，有时候会加一些没有美感的意见。他给你$ 嘛当然要听他的。然后又再改改改改改改改改改改。你对自己设计的满足感已经不见了。我清楚明白商业设计不是在于满足设计师，但是如果原有的设计改了太多的话（加上很多人comments)你的artwork就会变得乱七八糟！那时候designer 也不是很喜欢自己做出来的东西了。just want to say please listen what designer say when u want her/him change something..sometimes the original work is better. Simple is nicer! =D

GOSSIP

Gossip is so prevalent in the workplace. and i found that it's unavoidable since i am working.

Many people will gush about seniors..seems like their daily entertainment.

i can't deny that i ever join gossip group..but i realised that negative workspace can be draining and debilitating. So when u dislike your co-worker..try to put yourself in the other person's shoes, see the thing in different perspective or thinking about an issue from his or her perspective. What you can do to remedy the problem instead of backstabbing them. Why i say so? I always think that if someone know others gossip about her/him.. she/he might be upset?angry?worry or some negative feelings? i know it's uneasy to be the best friend of every colleague..em..at least we can make the workplace more enjoyable by helping instead competing with each other. The result of competing with each other is Someone win someone lose..can u imagine the feeling of loser? Everyone loves +workspace..me too, it will make you more happier..i just prefer big group in workplace, the more is merrier! :D Then,face to face communications very important

I believe +ositive person can increase positive energy in workplace..therefore don't be passive*and gossip while working..we can talk some thing fun to replace gossip! Choose to live in positive environment or u can create it..donno you aware or not..happy and joyful is contagious!
