正式离职了。和上次不一样,上次离职感觉像是解脱。这次的感觉真的不一样。很难过,难过到说不出口。甚至不知道自己为什么那么难过。: (  或许并没画上完美的句点。或许还需要慢慢的适应离开 comfort zone 的生活。需要再多一点时间,才能再为生活冲刺。

在放手之前,想要抓多紧就抓多紧。

沮丧却害怕初衷被改得面目全非
请相信越简单,越没压迫感得作品,越取悦人心得图画是致胜关键之一。
改不是坏事,你能看到更多的可能,加以改进。千万别 over 改,会失去原味。;.. (  再加入不知名甚至不相关的元素(当然我也 appreciate 给元素的朋友,只是有些东西需要适可而止罢了),点子的理念加以复杂。像是一副多了复杂,缺乏灵魂得作品。大大的撤换,甚至令我灵魂也出窍去了。紧张, 是因为我在乎。这会是最不舍得放手的作品。

我不想放弃初衷,也不忍心把它改到跟原味完全不对称。但非常希望它能发芽。leader 会亲手让它发芽还是丢出让七面八方不相关元素把它摧毁?拭目以待。

凑巧,其实我并没有憧憬这国家。也说不上喜欢。更从没有考虑过这地方。
可是却好像不是选择而喜欢,而是凑巧而选择。也可以说我比较想要的不一定得到,但后来我得到不一样的我会觉得还可以。很多人会问说,你一定很高兴吧。er...怎么说呢。如果以平常心看待会不会很奇怪。

We think of a leader as the person out in front of everyone else -- the head of the group. Your employees are your greatest resource -- don't hesitate to tap them for ideas. You'll build their confidence, increase their engagement and demonstrate that you value their professional expertise.



Learn from your mistakes
As a leader, don't expect to be perfect, and don't be afraid to admit when you're wrong. Find the lesson in every mistake you make. Your
open-mindedness and willingness to adjust your approach will set a positive example for your employees to follow.

One of the best ways to develop your abilities as a leader is to observe colleagues who you think inspire their teams. Pay attention to how they interact with employees.
